An idealist is paired with a stone-cold killer to thwart a nefarious criminal enterprise is the core plot of my number three film of 2015, and no I’m not talking about the latest James Bond movie. Denis Villeneuve’s Sicario takes the #3 spot on my best films of 2015 list for it’s unrelenting storytelling, visual appeal and standout cast, and I sincerely likened Sicario to another Best Picture Oscar winner.
